If you scrap an electric vehicle that received a subsidy before January 1, 2021, you must return the battery to the local government, and the Korea Environment Corporation is operating a future waste resource collection center in four regions nationwide to collect and recycle waste batteries.
The Mire waste disposal center collects used batteries, conducts performance evaluations, determines their use, and supplies them again.
Reuse module manufacturing
Battery modules sold after undergoing a performance evaluation of waste batteries are inevitably subject to imbalances between modules even if they are manufactured by combining modules with as similar lifespans as possible. To resolve this, various solutions are needed to resolve imbalances between modules.

In the case of reused batteries, the SOH remains at around 70-80%, and the aging curve may appear quickly when used, and the battery management function must be further strengthened compared to new batteries.
1. Built-in EIS function to periodically measure the battery and monitor data changes.
